"I got entered into a drive safe program and rather than enter mileage that were actually on the car. They entered at 12,000 miles less so when I came up for renewal, I didn’t get it because they said my mileage doesn’t matter what they had on record because they input it wrong.

And they sell me a homeowners insurance policy. Then I get a lot of three weeks later saying that they won’t cover me because my roof is too old. So then I have to go back to my former insurance company who backtrack my insurance for $50. Only to get a bill from State Farm for $320.

Six months later, I’m still fighting to get the correct drive safe discount I send in my child’s information for being on a good student discount drivers Ed all this information four times only to say we don’t have it. I finally had to switch Insurance agents with State Farm like this office is terrible."
